What is your shipping policy?

Please allow 7-14 business days for processing +  to receive order.

NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR ORDER 24 HOURS AFTER BEING PLACED.

Please check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your purchase. For any reason a shipping address is incorrect, this cannot be changed and this will result in order cancellation.

MY TRACKING IS SAYING MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, CAN YOU SHIP BACK OUT?

Any item returned to our location due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. These instances will be treated as a standard return for store credit only.

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM?

Loren + Reid is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once claim is validated by the shipping carrier (including claim number), Loren + Reid will issue a refund equal to the value amount of the lost package. 

MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET, IT SHOWS IT'S STILL IN TRANSIT?

Loren + Reid cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once it is in the carriers possession. Once an item is in transit with, there is no action we can take to expedite the delivery process. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items, as no changes can be made once an order has been placed. Order errors will result in cancellation..  

Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed. 

Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned.

RA# request for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging.

It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.


Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).


There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNING MERCHANDISE FOR CREDIT after 5 days.


Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.

How do you return or exchange?

Provide the following information for a return or exchange:
* Company Name
* Contact Name
* E-mail Address
* Order #
* Order Date
* Style# for Return/Exchange Item
* Quantity for Each Style#
* Reason for Return/Exchange

2. E-mail the above information to receive an RA# for your Return/Exchange.

3. Once RA# is acquired, ship the item(s) to Loren + Reid.

4. Upon receiving your Return/Exchange item(s), you will be contacted via E-mail for final confirmation.
